Booking Your Experience
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Your date is not secure until the retainer had been received.
Because every Pretty Plush experience is custom styled, we recommend booking as early as possible. Next day bookings are not available.
The will be no changes to your event the day of or within three days prior to the event.
For your safety and ours, events held at a park will end at 8pm during the months of March - September. During the month of October - February, events will end at 9pm.
Events held at an venue or home will end at 9pm.
Cancellation
+14 days before the event: Retainer is non-refundable, but any additional payments can be refunded.
7-13 days before: Retainer is non-refundable remaining payments can be refunded minus any payments for special items purchases.
Less than 48hrs before: 50% of the total package is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule if requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability, $25 fee for any other rescheduling requests if before 7 days of event.
Less than 48hrs notice: $35 rescheduling fee.
Less than 48hr notice: $50 late rescheduling fee plus any costs for custom or perishable items already purchased.
Pretty Plush Travel Fee
Within 15 miles: Complimentary
16-25 miles: $35
26-40 miles: $60
41-50 miles: $80

Outdoor events affected by serve weather may be rescheduled or moved to an approved indoor location when possible.
Weather related decisions will be communicated with the client as early as possible.
